Ludwick Hernandez in a few words
A graduate of the fine arts schools in Toulon and Clermont-Ferrand, Ludwick began his career in independent comics. Navigating between contemporary drawing, literature, rock'n'roll, pop art and socially-aware art, he made a name for himself with the comic strip Bessam and Mucho, His work is marked by a strong second degree. A product of the fanzine and linocut worlds, his work, at the crossroads of surrealism and black humor, appeals to the press and advertisers alike. He regularly collaborates on musical and cultural projects, giving free rein to his prolific, unbridled style.
His clients include Canal+, Mucem, Cité des sciences, GDF Suez, Air France, La Maroquinerie and Le 106. His work has also appeared in Libération, Les Echos, L'Équipe, L'Obs, Society and Têtu.
