Graphic strength, restraint and sophistication
Blanco builds a striking cover from a small number of elements. The composition remains legible at a reduced size, while the treatment of the face introduces tension and several possible readings. This balance of restraint and sophistication defines his approach: one central visual idea, a controlled palette and precise execution. The result gives the book an immediately recognisable identity without crowding the cover with signs or detail.
