Depicting the stages of a career

The images bring energy to the choices, obstacles and opportunities that shape professional development. One composition gathers several situations into a single scene, leading the eye through them as if along a path to be travelled.

Five images that structure the story

The series distinguishes the different parts of the feature while giving them a consistent visual language. Hernandez’s colourful, narrative style turns sometimes abstract ideas into accessible scenes. Each illustration stands on its own, while together they guide readers through questions of learning and career progression.
